Pullman Sydney Airport

For breakfast on one day the manager (male) was rather rude and not friendly at all. On the 4th day I bought a la cart for breakfast for my daughter and I amd my avocado on toast was the worst I ever had the bread used was plain thin white bread and the avocado was some cheap dip and not fresh Avocado poorly done by kitchen and my daughters pancakes were not freshly made was from the shops already made and were cold and tasteless I found the kithchen staff to be poor too based on our meals and charged something like $60 bucks, not happy at all, I even took pictures of you truly care and want to see it.

Lovely staff. Room well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Great location when coming in on a late flight. Able to access room service with late check in by contacting Service Desk. Lovely breakfast. Visitors are able to easily access other areas of interest in Sydney from the location of the Hotel. Shuttle bus, Taxi Service Uber and Train Service are in close proximity.

Easy check-in friendly staff I got a nice high floor

We reached the hotel just before midnight, and were relieved to find that it was still open and we were given an executive room right away. We had a long flight back from Honolulu and desperately wanted to hit the bed asap, the night staff took less time and helped us get the room without much delay. The front office staff (morning shift), Sagita, was courteous, eager to help, and very professional. She helped me avail a late check out. During our buffet breakfast, we were looked after by Sujata, who was very enthusiastic and helped us select the food and also got us get coffee & tea. We loved interacting with her and appreciated her hospitality.

Fantastic staff assisted with arranging an additional room. The beds were incredibly comfortable and only regret was not being able to stay longer. The premises are modern, beautiful and comfortable. We were very pleased to enjoy delicious room service meals in comfort following a long day of travel and before embarking on another. Great respite for the family who were all “peopled out” and in need of quiet and comfortable solitude. It was a truly great gem to find and we will now return each time we travel.
